How much is the registration fee?
Registration costs $150 per person and is payable by check. We do not accept credit card payment.
Where do I send my payment?
Checks should be made payable to the Committee on Institutional Cooperation. If your university requires a FEIN number to issue a check, that number is 37-6000511. Contact Zepeda@staff.cic.net to request a receipt.

Do I need to make my own hotel reservations?
Yes. All participants need to make their own hotel reservations. The Blackwell has a block of rooms for the nights of April 29 and April 30, 2007 under the name “CIC Diversity Forum.” Hotel rates are $124 per night and are not included in the registration fee.
Reservations must be made by March 30, 2007. To reserve lodging, call 866-247-4003 or 614-247-4000 or reserve a room online at www.theblackwell.com.
Where can I park?
The Blackwell offers Valet Parking for all hotel guests and meeting attendees. The overnight rate is $15 per day and is applied to the guest’s folio. For meeting attendees the rate is $9 for an all day meeting and $5 for half-day meetings and evening events. in the Grant Street Parking Garage (labeled PGG on maps) which is located directly across the street from the hotel. Parking for guests of the hotel is free; visitor parking is based on an hourly rate, with a max of $10/day.

Where is the closest airport?
The Port Columbus Airport services the Columbus area. It is approximately 12 miles from the OSU campus.
How can I get to the Blackwell from the airport?
The shuttle service and taxis are available at the airport. Ground transportation options can be found online at www.port-columbus.com
