The Diversity Forum brings together faculty, administrators and staff from CIC member universities to critically examine issues and initiatives impacting diversity.  How can large, complex institutions establish structures and practices that result in greater diversity among students and faculty and lead to an enriched university environment?  What can selective universities do to advance social justice in an environment that is divided by race, class and gender?  How can our  institutional practices move us toward greater social good and transform our universities into more vibrant and diverse institutions? 

CIC faculty and staff are invited to submit topics and themes to be included in the program. Please send your suggestions to Yolanda Zepeda (zepeda@uiuc.edu).
