INDIVIDUAL POLICIES:
Will Lend:
Circulating monographs; dissertations and theses on individual basis.
Will Not Lend:
Original journals, except by prior arrangement.
Loan Period:
4 weeks; 1 renewal allowed.

Will photocopy if requested items does not exceed 50 pages.

CIC Priority in Lending Workflow:
Patient care emergencies receive top priority; all others processed on a "first come, first served" basis.
Turnaround Goal:
We aim to answer all requests on the day of receipt, remotely held materials can take up to 4 days.
Fee Structure:
CIC libraries receive free service.
For institutions or consortia without reciprocal arrangements, we charge $11 per filled request with a $5 rush/fax surcharge.
Non-library institutional borrowers are charged $25 per filled requests (usually provided within one week) or $40 for rush service (48 hour turnaround).
