President
Recognizes the CIC Summer Research Opportunities Program (SROP)
-
In 1999, the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy
bestowed the prestigious Presidential Award for Excellence in
Science, Mathematics, and Engineering Mentoring on the SROP program.
Traveling
Scholar Program - one of the consortium's oldest and most
successful programs. Since its inception in 1963, it has enabled
more than 6,000 doctoral candidates to study for as long as a
year at another CIC campus.
